Terms and Conditions

The customer agrees to be bound by this sale agreement and accepts its terms and conditions (unless the customer has signed a separate formal purchase agreement with Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd. In which case the separate agreement shall govern).

1. Agreement and Applicability

By placing an order through Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd, whether online, by phone, or in writing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd. If you have entered into a separate signed contract with Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd. , the terms of that contract will prevail over these general terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Currency and Payment Terms

All transactions must be conducted in United States Dollars (USD). Payment must be made in full via electronic transfer to the official Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd bank account. Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Full payment must be received and cleared before any goods are dispatched, unless alternative arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website or in quotations are subject to change without prior notice. Price adjustments may occur due to:

  • Market fluctuations
  • Changes in supplier or manufacturer pricing
  • Currency exchange rate changes
  • Product discontinuation or availability issues
  • Typographical or advertising errors

In the event of a pricing error, Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly, even after confirmation, with prompt notification to the Customer.

4. Accuracy of Website Content

While Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd strives to ensure all descriptions, specifications, pricing, and product images are accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of this information. Customers should verify details before making a purchase decision.
Any reliance on website content is at the Customer’s own risk.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the website.

Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site, including service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • ​​Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Bank Wire Transfer
  • Western Union
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Alternative payment methods may be considered upon prior written agreement.

7. Order Processing & Delivery Terms

Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received. Processing times vary depending on product availability and stock levels.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customers will be informed of any delays.

8. Shipping & Insurance Protocols

All goods are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the goods are handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers are strongly advised to request shipping insurance for high-value items.

Any damage claims must be made directly to the carrier, with copies of supporting documents sent to Indo Survey Equipment.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product is defective or not as described.

Return requests are made within 7 days of receipt.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after returned items are inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, images, graphics, and other content on the Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that all copyright notices remain intact.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Surveying Sale, Pte Ltd will not be held responsible for:

Losses resulting from delays, stock shortages, or force majeure events.

Any indirect or incidental damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before resorting to legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be filed in the competent courts of Indonesia.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
